Afternoon Vibes.

Sundays are a great time to reflect and just chill. Whether it’s a lazy day in the bed with your Boo, writing in your journal or lounging in a nice bubble bath … take the time to unwind and reset for Monday.

I personally use this day to set my intentions for the new week.  I envision how I want to feel and what tasks I want to tackle. Music is a great way to calm your mind and reconnect to your inner self.
